Isn’t persecution/obstruction/harassment of ICC staff itself a crime? Like, couldn’t they arrest Satya Nadella for this?
- The US is not a signatory to the ICC and doesn't recognize it. The whole point of ICC was to act as a colonial court to go after African leaders the west wanted to remove from power.

  “They” would be the police in whatever country that is a part of the ICC that he went to. The same way ICC warrants always work.
- That is something that continues to be one of the most glaring issues of so many nations. Especially given how much the USA hypes-up how Chinese hardware and software can't be "trusted" for even the chance of it happening. The USA has been proven time and time again to spy and do shit within services and hardware its "allies" use.
Imagine going after the important US vassal 'israel' after seeing the US enact the Hague invasion act two decades ago and not thinking of things like this. Truly shows they're all idealistic liberals there without a clue which is why they usually make such good puppets. The only problem in this case is one of them couldn't be intimidated away from consistency like most. I wouldn't be surprised if he dies mysteriously in the coming years either as a further signal to not mess with the zionists or US.
