I have a theory. His obsession with McDonald's over any other fast food chain is mostly because his first name is Donald. I think his childish narcissism extends beyond plastering his last name on everything he owns.

No, you have to buy the drinks too. Water was even $0.35 when I last ordered there.

They took out the machines at all of my local McDonald’s. No free refills, and it’s like $15 for some cold ass fries.
