Often running things RAW is the brave move.
Like have you ever run a chase scene according to the DMG?
7 0 ReplyYeah. Oof. Or grappling according to the rules. Life is simply to short for that.

Thumbs up for Garth Merenghi!
3 0 ReplyGranted, I'm already burnt out on 5e, but the idea of running it RAW is particularly unappetizing. Aside from shutting down a lot of creativity, a lot of the rules are straight-up busted or missing entirely.
2 0 ReplyPf2e subreddit in shambles.
2 5 ReplyI almost never needed to homebrew anything when I ran pf2e. It actually has an the rules I needed.
14 0 ReplyYeah, I know. I'm just poking fun at how... Forceful that subreddit ihas been whenever homebrew is brought up.
