After an F1 driver gets out of their car post-race, they’re weighed by the FIA and handed a slip of paper. Here’s what happens to it.

They collect them. And when they have enough they can trade them in for a large stuffed animal.

I think it's paper evidence of their weight?
They get weighed so it can be added to car weight to ensure all the regs are being followed.
