You can change the taste of something someone else is eating

From salty to sweet to anything but just once per meal.

I would make it so that everyone eating something with cilantro in it would experience how cilantro tastes to me.
- Until someone is eating soap, then you can change it to taste like cilantro. One molecule later.
- Delicious, fresh and herbaceous?
  
  No. Like dish soap.

Just the flavour, or do I change the chemical composition of the meal to make it happen?
- You can only change chemical composition to change flavor types. No other ways. And you can do so once per meal.
  
  Replacing glucose or salt with glycoside amygdalin to make food... taste like bitter almonds would be an amazing super power.
