Got offered to get paid to do nude modeling
Not really asking for advice just curious what others experience is. The patron in question is a cooky old hippie artist lady I have known for decades.

Not personally, but I had a partner that would do it occasionally in a more formal setting. It wasn't much more than getting naked and posing for awhile then getting dressed and leaving. One time for an artist she was fiends with she posed and they took a couple pictures and worked off those.

Nah she's cool, that isn't what I am worried about. More like what is a fair price. I have no shame and need to pay my rent and shit.

Basically like 40 bucks to stand around for an hour, at least I think that's what my life drawing teacher paid the models for each class

For further context she owns two houses and has an AirBnB so I am not really concerned with charging a "fair" rate.

Usually 50-60 per hour minimum plus some food and drinks. You should find out the pose time expectations. When I used to do it there was like 30 minutes of 5 minute poses, a break, 10 minutes of 2 minute poses, a break, a 30-45 min pose, etc. The longer poses were a struggle for me, I'd either get really uncomfortable or find a comfortable enough pose that I would start to doze off. It's a cool gig to try out

What's the over-under on this being about art vs. a sex thing? You don't need to answer, but just think about it and what you are comfortable with before saying yes or doing it.
