- Thanks! Definitely one of my better pours haha. Getting a machine with powerful steam (Lelit Elizabeth) helped a lot. Though the angle of the photo here hides the fact that it's actually pretty lopsided 😉

That looks so good it looks practically fake. I miss having my espresso machine.
How do you get such clean separation between the stacks, and do you keep everything from merging back together at the top?
