It's really so telling who is worried about losing their influence here by not having a public vote. These shitheads want to not be held accountable for this mess and keep their grifts.
- Again, everything that Trump and the GOP are doing is everything you would only do if you thought you'd never face repercussions, accountability, or fair elections ever again.
- They will only be held accountable by US citizens becoming Super Mario Brothers.

God I hate republicans.

- Since Gingrich, Republicans were especially vocal and greedy, but it wasn't until COVID that I realized just how fucked our country is given how many hateful idiots support this behavior.
  I'm not talking about classically conservative-minded folks who ultimately want the same thing as me, btw. Those people are fine, and even a good balance to a small extent.

If by soar you mean recovered just above where the first rounds of tariffs were placed then yes.
