Also expect people to just start dumping used oil anywhere and everywhere, like in the same bodies of water they're fishing from.

Just start to expect the air you breathe the water you drink the food you eat to generally be poisoned.

Obviously I don't know where this is or what the rules are there. I think though in some places this is not illegal as it's a small electric motor that can't go fast. But that's just my thoughts this morning. Also, where there's a will there's a way, and good luck to him, awesome ingenuity.
