Edit: it was very fun. Love the character design and mc-chan is a great character

I kinda like the idea of an alternative universal century where zeon won the 1 year war. Also the mech designs look much better in the anime than in the promo. Overall I enjoyed the first episode.

They certainly have the combat scenes down, with the half-weighty mecha.
