Mass shooter don't get the death penalty.
School shooters don't get the death penalty.
But kill one rich, white guy while avoiding bystanders?
- Thats what happens in class war
- To be fair most school shooters and mass shooters end in suicide, either old-fashioned or officer-assisted.

- Anyone who donated or expressed positive opinion about Mangione won't be able to be a jury, so don't have to worry about that.
  Thought, it's interesting that it is supposedly illegal to mention jury nullification in court, but the whole reason we have jury is so this outcome is possible.
  
  It's not illegal to mention jury nullification, and even a prospective juror talking about it won't necessarily get them sent home.
Considering the healthcare industry already condemns us to death, isn’t this double jeopardy?
- Considering we die either way is this not justification to never give up until every last one is gone?
