This is regarding the Venezuelans who were illegally extradited to El Salvador despite a court order. There are questions as to when officials received the order: those involved claim the prisoners had already been released to El Salvador by the time the order was communicated to them, others think the order would have come mid-flight and that the order was purposefully ignored.
