I don't think the Louvre is a good example of a modern wonder.
I mean at this point maybe you can consider the pyramid a bit dated but the Louvre does have current art as well as all the classics and stolen/rented stuff from other countries.

The Eden Project is now officially the only modern world wonder not in a city. I'm going to start telling everyone this
for reference the sagrada familia is still under construction, and i would argue it's one of the greatest wonders ever constructed.
It took me way too long to realise that the first picture is an answer.
