Books, syllabus are all great, but the most vital part in education is the teacher. We pay them peanuts.. And we all know what you get when you pay peanuts.

Why do so many prime minsiters feel they need to make a lasting legacy on education?

Why? If you still doing the test who cares what one you do. Seems like a pointless announcement just to say they are doing something.

More exams=better!!
