They are explicitly designed as sycophants. No respectable mental health professional is going to be so agreeable with their clients.

They are not at ALL compassionate, they cant really feel emotions in fact, ai is just really submissive (and breedable) and trying to please you
The AI is probably also on par with hallucinating things I said.
It’s also cheaper and more readily available when you really need it. Sometimes you just need to be reminded that your thoughts are askew and how to get back on track. However, if you’re having deeply troubling thoughts, please go talk to a professional.
