The U.S. has paused intelligence sharing with its war torn ally, according to CIA Director John Ratcliffe.

Donald Trump's China policy is predicated on fair trade, while Joe Biden's China policy was based on national security, aka, US hegemony; suppressing rivals on the global stage.
The dispute being....Russia didn't want to abide by the treaty they signed giving assurances that they wouldn't invade Ukraine, based on very specific borders at the time of the signing, anymore. So they invaded. Unprompted.

The russians started a war to literally seize land, not to demilitarize Ukraine. And that after Ukraine giving up nukes and not being part of NATO or EU.
