That works out to 12 hours per day, Monday through Friday, which Brin calls the "sweet spot of productivity."
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH get fucked, assclown. The sweet spot of productivity is 6h per day, tops.
Besides, "torture yourself 12h a day so we can be the first to bring AI overlords into our world" is less likely to entice the workforce than "we'll suck 100ml of blood off all of you in order to keep my skin young"

So he's saying it's possible but gonna take 50% longer than he wants. Working longer hours is not the bottleneck here.
- I mean what's he saying is pure bullshit because we have no idea what it's going to take to make AGI right now. It's pretty clear that what he actually wants is to just work people harder for less pay. Even if what he said was true, the solution would be simply to hire more people. The oligarchs keeps trying create a fake labor shortage narrative here to justify more exploitation.
