Breaking changes in Lemmy 0.19

It seems that there are going to be some api changes in lemmy version 0.19 which will break all the current apps unless they are updated to account for the api changes.

- What breaking changes are in 0.18.5? I thought the only change was the fix for mod action federation. I already updated my instance to 0.18.5, and I haven't had a single issue on Voyager.
  
  It appears to work but on some instances the list of communities doesn’t populate. I’m not a dev so can’t see what needs changing.

at this point I wonder if Voyager is still getting updates in time or if the dev has moved on, he has already posted that updates will be much more less frequent and that his focus has shifted, which is totally fine.

I recently found Avelon and I bloody love it, it has since replaced Voyager for me
- The dev has replied on github that he will release an update for the API changes. It would be sad if the community totally abandoned voyager just because the update frequency has decreased
  
  No it wouldn't. The community wants to use a polished experience, not a turd.
