I love these. During Ghana's series of military govermments through the 70s and 80s, import laws made it functonally impossible to get printing presses into the country. It's like they got all the way through "Elephant" before they realized that "Man" wouldn't work to balance the title on either side of the top hat, so they just tossed it on.

That does not look like a regular elephant. At least the ones I've seen aren't green with a tightly-wound spring for a trunk.
