It a magnetic clip designed to assist with holding down folded fabric while sewing.

This thing can be fixed to a tabletop? or a belt? We're seeing its bottom side. The top side is used to hold something

I have no idea what it's called but it's for >!Sewing!<
I am almost certain of it.

- Yeah, it is for sewing, got it at home just for that. It's to clamp down the fabric's edge for sewing it cleanly
