Capital at large cannot be ok with this level of chaos, and we're starting to get into 'actual threat to America's hegemonic power' as far as the intelligence apparatus is concerned

This is such a weird boots on the ground tactic for cost cutting that I’m actually kind of impressed Elon thought it up.
It doesnt seem very durable of course but if you do enough damage it’ll take a long time to reverse.
