Silent Hill 2 remake shipments and digital sales top two million

Is this a good thing? Wasn't this the number the Dead Space remake had when they called it a financial failure? I'm not sure what the team sizes or expectations were like for each. I'm hoping someone with more know can say something to give 2mil context.
