This is the beginning of the sequence of events that lead to concentration camps.

Immigration is a good thing.
We should be encouraging it with the stipulation that past a certain point, immigrants have to settle in rural America to help rebuild its dying towns.
- Nah, those towns should be reclaimed in their entirety by the state and the people forcibly relocated to real cities. I live in one of these places, i can attest to the horrible effect they have on people, they should not be allowed to continue existing outside of strictly necessary farming towns.
  
  The cost at a state and federal level to maintain those little podunk towns must be enormous.
  Even if they just amalgamated them into larger regional towns. A town of 3000 is a lot easier to provide basic amenities to than 3 towns of 1000 each half an hour drive apart.
Just charge them five million dollars a pop and call it a handling fee. Add two more for, dunno, whatever the duck Ticketmaster calls it. Give those immigrants one million to start a comfortable life wherever they want to, keep the rest and build a wall.
This is simple, any plane that lands in Mexico with deportees on board doesn't have permission to leave without every passenger still being on board.
