Family Plan?

I would love to be able to purchase a family plan instead of a bunch of individual accounts.

Even if it was limited to one stream at a time being able to have multiple profiles in the same household would be nice.
Forgive my ignorance, but family plan? Subscription? For a video card? What?

Edit: looking into the sub I can see it's basically a store now. I only get the drivers so I had no clue
