Police to use stop and search powers to tackle Bonfire Night disorder in Edinburgh

Videos on WhatsApp showing neds trashing cars and setting off fireworks through letter boxes of random houses. There’s a police helicopter over Niddrie. This is basically a riot every year! Authorities need to clamp down on this somehow.
