$50 for a PS3 game.
The absolute state of AAA gaming is ridiculous.

- Just a heads up to anyone that wants to play this, the switch version runs very well on the high seas. Just finished playing it for the first time and started rdr2

  There so many good games with out that trash... Why?
  For me the last straw was not being able to play a game on a plane because no internet connection. God forbid i enjoy something i paid for without checking in with server.

- Ugh. I'd probably pay $15 for it on sale, but the launcher makes me want to pirate it just to avoid that crap. I literally just want to play undead nightmare.

It'll be interesting to see the sales numbers on this. Surely it's been long enough that it'll only be the extra few stragglers and the few looking for a hit of nostalgia, right?
- I'd love to play it, but I'm not paying more than 15€ for it, I'm very patient.
- Undead Nightmare becoming suddenly easy to stream around Halloween will probably boost sales a bit too
- I love good stories. RDR2 was a good story, and RDR1 is technically the sequel to it. And as I don't like consoles, especially not buying them for one game, I'll definitely buy it - if it runs on Linux.
  
  RDR2 is a prequel. RDR is just that: ~~RDR2~~ RDR1
- Based on the numbers for the Dead Space remaster, I expect this one to do very well.

If Rockstar hadn't just royally screwed all Linux gamers over by adding that god-awful BattlEye anti-cheat to GTA Online, I might be interested. Now I see Rockstar does not care if I have access to the games I've purchased, so why would I want to buy more of their games? No thanks, especially not $50 for a 20 year old game. Rockstar won't be seeing a penny from me.
