Cities: Skylines "Mountain Village" DLC came out this week, but the final DLC was meant to be in May 2023.
Has the frame rate ever been fixed? I never see anyone playing it and dont search it out on twitch.

To answer your question for CS2, no they didn’t. Not unless you have a top of the line computer. You maybe will get 60fps at the start on an empty map, but with a sizable population it’s unplayable.
The latest update improved performance a ton for me
