It's a Vtuber model for another streamer, they're rigged models that reflect the expressions of the real person onto the avatar so that they can remain anonymous if they want. I think that's sykkuno, who uses a vtuber model on occasion and is part of that friend group.
I highly recommend delving into the vtuber community. As an anime

SELF-IDENTIFIED WEEB ALERT PLEASE SHAME ME
:::, vtubers were the obvious next step for me personally, since I don't watch stuff live on YT and most irl streamers on twitch I find boring.
I suppose my issue is I hate streamers in general so that's already a no-go. If I watch Youtube, it's for presentations of things, not to watch some rich narcissist with a headset's reaction faces.
VTubers are for rich twats to buy a 3d model of their kink they run on super expensive PCs and then use it to chat about weather so they can claim it wasn't and get idiots to pay for it, while half of them are gooning to the same kink.
But did you see?! He can make his fake ears wiggle with a button on his keyboard!! Woah!
That's fair, not every streamer comes from money or makes a ton of money, though, and many that I follow are unable to work in normal environments because of health issues. As an ND individual, having an avatar to interact with people like through a model sounds like a dream come true. I also hate watching live streams that focus on the person, cause I get really uncomfortable. Idk, I understand your vitriol, I just try to keep in mind that they're still people at the end of the day. [And as to the actual post, I don't actually know any of those people except through internet gossip, so I really can't speak on the top 75% of whoever is popular right now.]
