Does Lemmy World block the Programming Dev instance?

I just noticed that my post is not getting federated, is my home instance blocked?

I have a feeling that this might happen to be a bug caused by us as we've recently updated our instance version

Either way I'll bring this up with our admin team and hopefully we'll have an update soon🤗
- Also, I noticed that some communities were duplicated.
Wondering this as well because on the self hosted community it says there are 6 posts when on that instance but when I visit from a different instance it'll show there are thousands of posts.
