I've never thought about it, but a golf course really is a great environment for that sort of thing...
- Get to lug around a bag full of long cylindrical metal objects, with covers on them
- Probably some wooded area
- Person likely to stand alone and focus on the ground for extended times
- No one notices if you're in there for like 12 hours
- Very quiet, good for focus
- Reduce popularity of a terrible activity (golf)
