The fact that he didn't have a condo lined up in Florida makes me think he might have just been an unwitting pawn in this scheme. Otherwise he'd be chilling with Juan Guaido on the beach.
People were already joking in Venezuela/Colombia that Edmundo literally doesn't speak and always has a scared face.
