  Bong-Bong Junior to be precise. He's the son of the former filipino Dictator Ferdinand Marcos who stole billions of USD out of the country, and got overthrown in 1986. But Bong-Bong Jr. managed to gaslight most of the nation in 2022 and got elected to be president (and can now stop all investigations into the stolen money).
