I remember decomp and recomp had some oddly specific IP related rules about who is allowed to do what, and maybe that prevents the decomp team from doing it themselves.
thatâs pretty typical i think, i know the oot and mm pc ports are unaffiliated with the zelda reverse engineering team, and if i remember right the same was true for mario 64 but iâm not sure
I know it would have been dramatically more.convoluted to decomp the 360 version and it's worse in some ways, but that woulda been neat too. Camera control and more than 15fps is gonna bang tho.
Does BK decomp make Tooie decomp more likely too? That'd be cool if they could make a dual randomizer where one game effects the other like the OoT/MM double randomizer
