Vance’s mother wishes she was childless.
- I don't know what his mother feels about him now, but she used to have a drug problem, and JD was essentially kidnapped by his absolutely insane "meemaw" who raised him to be a good little conservative shitheel. She's dead. According to Vance, after they went through her house postmortem, they found something like 16 loaded handguns secreted in various places.

Vance has very beady little eyes, doesn't he. Maybe that's why he wears eyeliner, to make his eyes look less beady.
