Just flag Twitter as a hate platform and delist them?
Let Musky deal with explaining why it isn't and beg, like how Apple set his stupid ass straight.

  In 2022...
  Musk launched a provocative Twitter tirade against Apple, and its CEO. Musk claimed that Apple had withdrawn most of its advertising and was threatening to block the platform from its mobile store where iPhone users download apps. Musk said the move was an act to undermine free speech.
  Tim cook invited him to their campus. And let's just say Musk learned at that moment to stfu.

  They should be running their own server where they have complete control over the content. I hate that public entities rely so much on third party services when their own websites get neglected. Like, I went to your website for info, but then find I have to go to Twitter or FB or whatever to find updates. And then Musk rat has a fit in the K hole and blocks stuff or tweaks the interface to mess shit up somehow and poof, it's gone until he wakes up one of his engineers to fix it.
  
  I find it baffling that most are not maintaining both mastodon and threads accounts.

Incredible how the Overton window has shifted towards "of course it is ok for governments to control, regulate and censor the Internet".
Yes, it is indeed possible to "sow discord" on the Internet, e.g. the Arab Spring.
- This isn't an internet thing - it's an inciting racist violence thing. Kiddie porn isn't suddenly fair game because you're on the internet, and rightly so - neither is inciting racial hatred.
  If he'd stood in the town square to rally the browncoats, he'd have a higher chance of being held accountable. Pick a better example to plant your flag - consolidation of social platforms like xitter into a state of oligopoly where a handful of people undemocratically set the rules they want via TOS would be a good start.
- You shouldn’t be allowed to promote violence and hatred without consequence especially with straight up disinformation.
