Missed my yoga buddy today

Magic has been gone for a while now, but Caturday morning was our yoga time.

I lost one in March of last year. Not ashamed to say that there isn't a week that goes by I don't shed a few tears for her still.
- No shame in it, I still have quiet moments thinking about ones I've lost over a decade ago.
