I know it's a meme... but I understand why people do stuff like this.
Had an SD card with a broken case, so it wouldn't work for a camera, only in an SD reader. Put it on sale at half price as "damaged", with a description and photos of the damage. Buyer's feedback: "Worst seller! Card was broken trash!"... didn't ask to return it or for their money back.
Next time, I'll be listing "trash" at full price, ask for a discount if you've read the description. 🤷
I had that. I put up a nice top, cost like ÂŁ50 brand new, I put it on for a start of 99p with the description of -
"I'm selling clothes that have been stored in the loft, they're dusty and some have faults and staining, when this exists I've put photos on the listing"
I was pleasantly surprised when the bidding reached ÂŁ28, then annoyed when the feedback was "top was dirty and stained, I put it in the washing machine and is now perfect"
Like how is that a complaint for a top I said was stained??
When I sell games on marketplace I usually look for the cheapest one and price it like $5 less to sell it quickly.
Anytime someone negotiates i just tell them that it’s already the cheapest for sale. And they can get it from someone else instead if they don’t like it. Super quick and easy.
