Only 960 kcal/day is a starvation diet.

If you have 0% body fat, lol.
Worst that will happen is you'll lose some weight and probably recomp a bit but 4 weeks really isn't enough to do anything. 8 minimum to even start to see changes in my experience.
Ymmv depending on bf %
