I heard that lemmy.ml is going to die soon, how to I sync all my subscribed communities to another sccount on another instence?

  • So does this dude lose everything ??? It would be nice if servers could sync user data so that if one goes down you don’t lose your user.

      • That’s done by running your own instance. Where else should your Lemmy identity be kept? On a server that could go down just like any other server running Lemmy.

        If you want 100% control of your own Lemmy identity, then you have to run your own Lemmy instance on your own hardware.
