Vague rules definitely serve a purpose.
66 2 ReplyVague rules are meant to be enforced arbitrarily. The whole point is to give the enforcers an excuse to penalize someone.
41 1 Replyvague rules exist to give jurisiction the abuility to make calls, however if the judges cannot even define what each type of shoe is, then the rule is useless.
