Built in 2009, 15 years old. So quite a modern vessel, unlike the clapped out tankers they just lost.

I do think there's something suspicious about this sinking.
1 0 ReplyExcept its last inspection was in 2022 and included a number of deficiencies. Since then it has avoided inspections. It’s likely some type is deferred maintenance was the cause.
