Fell asleep super late last night listening to a podcast. The podcast was good but I slept too late. It was called You Probably Think This Story's About You.
Also, despite putting on a sleep timer, I end up extending the listening beyond that without setting another one, and before you know it, I've listened to two other podcasts in my sleep.

People being weird about Breaking (aka breakdancing) being in the Olympics. How different is it, in principle, to rhythmic gymnastics, artistic swimming, figure skating etc.? In fact, it's literally more directly competitive -- it's a 1:1 dance-off!
Sammi got the zoomies at 4ish and then demanded food when I got up to go to the loo, then hurled it up again so I had to get up and clean it up. So no chance of getting back to sleep on a day when I had an early start, whereas last week I only had one job in the afternoon so I could have at least gone back to sleep.
Also they both decided a few days back that they wanted Human Food Thank You but are now being fussy about it, so now it's like that "Mother... Provide" cartoon.
