  • Thanks Nate! I’ll take a look at these. And trust me, I’ve been checking the local used market website daily— but now with loads more to look out for :) appreciate the leads!

  • I’ve been seeing thorpy come up a lot! I was actually planning for a while to get a Jam waterfall (chorus) to support a Greek maker a few months back (I’m Greek), but found a used chorus pedal elsewhere that was like 1/4th the price so it was hard to pass up. They’re definitely on my radar

  • I’ll check our Andy Demos. I’ve had the same problem with actually purchasing a compressor. I’ve heard again and again that the empress is great, but I can’t quite bring myself to spend so much on it.

I did know this about the morning glory/blues breaker lineage. It’s a good point— for quite a while I’d set my heart on MG, but as you pointed out, there’s a whole world out there haha. Appreciate the help!

  • Oh I’ll check it out! I’m actually headed to the UK a bit later in spring, so could be a good opportunity if I end up liking them.

I’m based in the NL. I’ve gotten quite a few recommendations in my original post from all over, but I’d love to support a smaller builder/brand if you have any other recommendations.

    Appreciate it!

  • Buy European @feddit.uk

EU/non US guitar pedals: crosspost from guitar pedals

  • Thanks!

I’ve actually had my eyes on the jam waterfall (chorus) for a time, but I found a different chorus pedal used for something like a fourth the price so it was hard to pass up. But it’s on my radar.

Thorpy and Dry bell both looks cool and I was unfamiliar. Thanks! (And for the article too)

  • Thanks!

I’ve got a couple boss ones (a looper which I’m very happy with) and an overdrive (which I appreciate, but just isn’t quite the sound I’m after).

Are Behringer any good? I’d always felt that it was too cheap to be good, but maybe that’s just a silly bias?

Thanks for the article— this is great

  • Oh really? I had no idea. That’s a shame! Is it the guy who does all their videos? What variety of religious but job out curiosity?

I was already hoping to look elsewhere, so even more reason!

  • Guitar Pedals @lemmy.world

    EU pedals?
