It used to work for me pretty well but if you do use it, make sure to alternate with another anti-cavity toothpaste. I had crazy tartar build up until I switched away from it as recommended by my dentist. Using Crest Sensitivity Relief now and have had much better check ups at the dentist.
I use a plush dedicated mat with a rubber back so it doesn’t slide around. The fabric is like soft microfiber I think. We use the ol squeegee method before stepping out of the shower so it doesn’t get drenched. I just toss it in the washer when it needs a cleaning!
