I'd say this is plausible, but not a huge risk. A healthy individual won't have trouble either breaking it down or expelling the foreign matter when the flesh heals (like wooden splinters often do).

I am a habitual lurker here and haven't gone back for several months now. I don't usually post comments because I often find that my opinion has already been expressed by another user.

I am only posting this comment to show that I'm here, too, and I'll be honest... I considered deleting all this instead of speaking up because several others have said it already.

It looks like their stance was, "We made the game this way. If players are unhappy with the mechanics we implemented, this may not be the right game for those players."

It's apparently newsworthy that they're backpedaling from their previous statements; Now they might be willing to take a second look at the complaints.

Slip socks over the end against the wall to protect the surface. Angle the ladder so the steps are parallel with the floor and go for it! Have someone hold the base of the ladder for additional security.

Downvote this post for spreading fear-mongering, poorly-researched "journalism."

It's probably a fair price given the amount of manual labor involved. I didn't think it would be much until I did the job on my own French doors earlier this year.
