This is true of apple as reviewers critical of them are never invited for their events.
You can have well regulated competition or boot legged death traps. Not both. Instead of tariffs make them regulated, with strong safety rules and need for a network. It might just give you cheap, well built EVs. They might target small city cars with 200 miles range instead of humongous SUVs that everyone is running after.

Other than gnome I don't see fragmentation in your argument. Most of the distros have shifted to systemd, most of them are shifting to Wayland. Immutable is a way of installation.
On these basic stuff it seems they are getting less fragmented instead of more.
Linux people have always been divided emacs vs vi; gnome vs kde. Nothings gonna stop that, chill man is fun.

Nice to be of your help.
How's OpenWRT to use and install. Though pretty experienced with linux. This is the first time trying to do the hardcore networking stuff.
It has intel graphics.
That is a cool idea, perhaps a project of router thing doesn't work out.
The difference being the two partners have won the seat on minority votes. So it would be difficult to pursue fascist ideology. Also the opposition is stronger than before.
I read on OPNSense guide it needs 2gb ram to run, it would be difficult to even get a 1gb ram for it. Not to say expensive too.

Hello self hosters,
Recently I came into possession of an old Desktop PC. Its configuration is,
- Pentium D 820, 2.8 GHz dual Pentium 4 core processor, supports 64 bit.
- 512 DDR 333 memory
- 90GB HDD
- no graphics card
- 3 PCI and 1 AGP slot
I was planning to put a ethernet card and use it as a router. It was to theown as garbage. Is what I am planning feasible or a good idea. Or it would be better as trash.

I have been thinking of completely going off Google. I have a Nextcloud server for documents and contacts and calendar. Thinking of moving mail away too. Currently I am conflicted between hosting my own email server. On searching only advice I am getting is not to do it.
How many of the homelabers do host their own email server? What software do you use? Any tips.
Hear me out, Bixby button was used to launch Samsung's personal assistant Bixby. This button is used to launch Siri. Then the button was mended to add further capabilities of launching other apps or phone functions.
I have an old x86_64 computer which I am planning to use as a NAS. Which of the 2 is a better option? Is it helpful or better to run on bare metal or as a VM on proxmox?
