  • My father-in-law shares a name with a famous actor. We got him to sign my partner's motorcycle helmet so they can go around and say they got their helmet signed by the actor. We use it to mess with our friends a lot.

  • Sorry if it's not much help, but I use TuneECU and a Bluetooth OBD adapter on my Triumph. Supposedly they support some KTM models, but I'm not sure which ones. You may also need some kind of OBD to KTM adapter for the Bluetooth connection.

  • Yeah they're definitely getting up there in price. I had a 2019 and then my company went completely remote in 2020. Ended up finding a clean, low mileage NA and sold the ND to buy it. Haven't looked back.

I hope you're able to get an NA as they are so much fun, but a Miata is a Miata and they will all bring a smile. NBs and NCs are getting cheap right now. You can always use one as a stepping stone too.

  • Actually no, from what I understand. You can install it, just most businesses don't allow it because they offer no support for it. There are other companies that partner with LibreOffice to offer enterprise solutions though.

  • I provide support for a Windows-only application that has to do automated document conversion. Some customers refuse to pay for an additional Office license and the only other option is WordPad. Going back to work on Tuesday is going to suck.

  • Looks like it was a mixture issue. When I swapped the jets before, I had some old foam filter on it and an open header (previous owner cut it unfortunately). Now it has a go kart muffler and a proper cone filter, so I decided to mess with the jets again when I found some spare time today. It easily hits 55 MPH now and doesn't pop as much. Going to do some fine tuning this weekend.

  • Those look like standard sticks, not hall effect. It looks like these are the hall effect ones.
