It's a lot more obvious if you're not consuming foods and beverages with added sugar. If you go long enough, sodas taste disgustingly sweet.
You can get them from AliExpress for only a few bucks each, although I've made the switch to pi pico.

A wifi extender only lets you get further from your wireless access point. It won't increase your speeds unless they're slow because of a weak signal
