Do you daily drive Wayland, if so since when, if not when will you?
  • Same here. I'm on garuda dragonized, and tried out Wayland for a few days and everything you mentioned happened to me. Throw in some mouse focus issues for extra fun!

  • What personal project are you working on currently? Would you mind showing it?
  • Which switches did you use? I like the case design too, it's refreshing to not see your standard boxy keyboard.

  • I am 50 years old and I'm about to try Taco Bell for the first time. What should I try first?
  • ..and a mexican pizza. Luckily the store by me has both in vast quantities. I'm only good for 1 or the other, every few months. I'm trying to cut out ulcer causing foods.

  • I use Debian BTW
  • Garuda linux. I'm running the dragonized gaming distro and have fallen in love with it. A buddy turned me on to it a few months back and it's perfect. Runs all my steam games through proton like a champ.

  • Is it notmal to always feel stiff and creaky after you start getting fit?
  • Check out this link for a bit of information.

If you don't want to check the link, basically it says to drink water and stretch. But there is a name for it! DOMS

Question, could we consider the defederation of rammy.site?
  • Look.. you basically discredit anything you say or any point you're trying to make when you start calling people retarded.

When I was younger I was pretty flippant with saying all kinds of off handed shit. Then I became a father to a boy who has social and mental difficulties and when people just throw out words like that, it fucking pains me.

I'll just block the instance through my app though..

  • Does no one know when it's time to leave the party and go home? I'd rather have a bunch of young to middle aged folks try and work things out, than the McDonalds coffee crew we currently have in the major political parties.

    Chiefs Head Peak

This photo was taken from the summit of Chiefs Head Peak looking east towards Longs Peak. In frame is Storm Peak, Longs Peak, Keyboard of the winds, Pagoda, and Mt. Meeker.

From Sandbeach TH in Wild Basin to the summit was 15.97 miles, 5.2K of elevation gain. Stats might be off a bit due to Garmin going Garmin, but it was a ass kicking hike and the payoff was so worth it.

  • I had like 5 apps at one point, just trying out what worked best for me. They all have positives and negatives but I found that I was spending like 75% of my time on connect. So I ditched the other ones and am sticking with this. Bang up job with features and updates.

How does the buy a coffee thing work? If I buy 3 coffees, kuro gets $15? Or some percentage of that?

  • What are the best instruments for a beginner to pick up?
  • And badass rock climbers play them to break up the monotony when hanging out.

  • What are some examples of your tastes changing as you got older?
  • I loved booze as a young adult. I didn't quit drinking for some noble reason, I just didn't like it anymore. And cold cookies, as in put that girl scout cookie into the fridge until it gets nice and cold, then eat it. Who knew..

Also, switched from liking rap music to preferring extreme metal, like grindcore or tech death metal.

  • Our new neighbors suck CW: sad
  • I'd never put much thought into it, but a few years back I was doom scrolling and came across a research paper that talked about the just pure damage feral cats cause. Between 1-3 BILLION birds killed globally, that's insanse!!

And I like cats but letting them run wild just isn't the way. I feel that way about any feral animal, or invasive species. Clear them out.

  • 300 per cent density - Candiria

I saw these guys play a number of times and they always brought a great energy. Not strictly metal, not hardcore, just a fusion of styles that were insanely groovy. The drummer is a mad scientist.

  • Everything Will Putney is involved with seems to be solid gold.

  • [OC] My record collection as of now. A labor of love for over 7 years.
  • I haven't gone through it all yet, but one thing that I generally like is how eclectic your collection is.

My dad was constantly playing Beach Boys. I put on a song once in a while to remind me of him and his horrible singing voice. (Haha)

But I also remember being a kid and seeing Iron Maidens Eddie and thinking how bad ass he was. My uncle was a huge fan and would always spin their music.

Lots of punk... but also not afraid to branch out and appreciate great musicians. I've seen a few large collections, but they were kinda just in one lane as if all this other wonderful music didn't exist.

  • Man those weather report albums are bangers. You've got great taste and a very nice catalog.

  • Kill Grid - Enforced
  • I really wanted to check them out when they were in Denver, but I flew to the other side of country for vacation and they were playing there yesterday..

  • Credit union for car loans
  • I know I'm a little late to the party here but I have an account with Arapahoe Credit Union and it was a major pita to get a quote on a used vehicle.

I don't know if I was an exception to the rule, I was some sort of edge case that fell through the cracks, or something else, but it felt like they couldn't have cared less about helping me.

And it wasn't due being a pain in the ass, or having bad credit, or low balances. It just kinda sucked every step of the way
