I predict with immigration crack downs we'll eventually see some more resistance to that. At some point, either by ambush or chance occurrence, ICE agents will be attacked and possibly killed. Trump will horrifically overstep in his response. Then it will just be escalating responses.

This. Drill holes in the bottom of the outside ring and top of the inside ring. Though I'd recommend a much smaller gap if possible. If not possible, adding rock in such a way as to act as baffling would be good too. Metal louvers or ducting might work. The key is to get the air to heat up between the rings so when it exits the inner ring it burns quick and more completely.

There are cases of people literally sleeping in their cars while they are on the road. Some people really do trust the system that much (and other drivers for that matter).
Pretty sure they can tell the method used when disengaging fsd/ap. So they would know if it was manually turned off or if the system lost enough info and shut it down. They should be able to tell within a few seconds if accuracy the order of events. I can't imagine a scenario that wouldn't be blatantly obvious where the tesla was able to determine an accident was imminent and shut off fsd/ap wroth enough time to "blame it on the driver". What might be possible is that the logs show fsd shut off like a millisecond before impact/event and then someone merely reported that fsd was not engaged at the time of the accident. Technically true and tesla lawyers might fight like hell to maintain that theory, but if an independent source is able to review the logs, I don't see that being a possibility.
Worked with a guy that was a heavy smoker. When the first winter came around I didn't have a good spot to put my jacket. He had a 2 hook cubicle-wall-hang style coat hook. He moved it between our cubicles so I could use it too. I used it once. My jacket reeked at the end of the day.
Pretty sure he's being held federally with no bail. Maybe there's extra documentation and effort at the state level to deny bail. Granted if that was the case I sure as fuck hope they have that paperwork fully drafted and ready to drop at the moment someone on the fed side even breathes wrong with respect to this case. Could see trump floating the idea of a pardon just to see the reaction.
Haven't watched the last season but all land grabs so far have been portrayed as defensive. If they had been left alone they wouldn't be lashing out. As a politician John did illegal things specifically to stop a corporation from developing open land.
